Our new Kyoto Collection features three new delightful Japanese fabrics. All meditation cushions in our Kyoto Collection are deluxe, which comes with removable covers and inner muslin covered cushions. Choose from three special 100% cotton fabrics: Zen Waves, Japanese Maple, and Midnight Surf.

The fabric is much softer than I thought it would be. Very comfortable on the skin and I have nerve damage. The zabuton is beautifully plush without being too soft. The zafu with buckwheat is ideal for sitting long periods with good posture. This has made my sessions of longer meditation 45-90 minutes or possible to do sitting. Before I would have to lie down due to cervical damage. Fantastic set. The fabric is a dark dark navy and soft cream. Really stunning set. My cat also loves it. Very very happy with the purchase.

I’ve been meditating for years, but never got around to buying proper cushions because I guess I felt they were unnecessary indulgences. Being completely grounded/stabilized in comfort means that my meditation is instantly elevated to a whole new level, & I couldn’t be happier. The workmanship is top-notch, just as I’d expected it to be. And the fact that I can remove the covers for washing is important, as these treasures will be with me for many years.
