SUPPORT CUSHION
This versatile, 14 x 14 inch cushion offers support in multiple ways. One or two will give you the height you need to sit comfortably.
They can be used in other ways – to prop up a knee that doesn’t touch the floor, tucked under an ankle, or as a cushion over a meditation bench.
We generally sit on a zabuton, a zafu, and a support cushion. The support cushion may be placed directly under the zafu in order to give one more height, but commonly it is placed under and a little behind the zafu in order to roll the pelvis forward, and strengthen the lower back.
