Description
Our Round Zafu is our most popular meditation cushion. Still Sitting offers Round Zafus stuffed with kapok or buckwheat, a variety of colors, and a choice between Standard (non-removable cover) or Deluxe (removable, washable cover).
All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength, made from durable 100% cotton duck shell and come with a carrying handle.
Our buckwheat zafu is loosely packed so it will mold to your form.
We stuff our kapok zafu tight to make it soft yet firm to sit on. This zafu has an opening that allows you to adjust the fill to your preference.
For more information on the difference between kapok and buckwheat and choosing the right zafu for you, see our blog.
Our Deluxe Round Zafu has an inner lining made of 100% cotton muslin. Each Deluxe Round Zafu cover is machine washable with the exception of the Patterned Zafus which we recommend hand-washing or dry cleaning.
If you’d like, you may add an extra Removable Cover of the same or a different color.

I used to think that zafus were luxuries until I tried this one. It not only makes my meditations more immersive, but I can meditate for longer, and more comfortably. After researching zafus for months I purchased this one and I know that it is by far the best at this or any price point. Bravo!
It’s very comfortable. Fabric is sturdy
Very nice. Will have to get more stuffing for it. But it is a very good Zafu.
I’ve found the perfect meditation cushion! The grey ikat fabric is so gorgeous it looks fabulous added to my sofa when not in use. The kapok filling is not-too-stiff/not-too-squishy. Love it!
These cushions and mats are well made. If one’s purpose is to sit on them together, they are well matched. I used one cushion as a booster on a slick wooden chair for a while. It never felt stable there, maybe because the chair has reached an idiosyncratic balance. One of the dogs tried reclining on the stack of cushions and mats, but he didn’t find it immediately gratifying. It’s possible he was imitating (as he did once slapping a computer keyboard to see what that was all about), and it didn’t do anything.
