| Incense has been used for millennia as an accompaniment to meditation and as an aid in celebrating the sacred. The aroma of incense helps to impart a sense of tranquility wherever it is used.
We sell incense of the highest quality, manufactured in Kyoto, Japan, by Shoyeido, a company remaining in the same family since its founding in 1705. This traditional incense is made of high quality, natural ingredients such as aromatic woods, herbs, roots, tree bark, resins, and spices.
Each scent is blended from twenty to fifty natural ingredients and as Shoyeido incense is not perfume-based, the fragrance becomes enriched and fuller with time.
Our incense comes in rolls of 30 x 9" sticks, or boxes of 150 x 5" sticks or in an attractively boxed gift set. If you can't make up your mind, try our sampler which has one of each of these fragrances.
