I’m going to buy a zafu. What is the difference between kapok and buckwheat fills?
Our zafus are most commonly stuffed with kapok, a light-weight fiber collected from the Kapok tree. An increasing number of zafus in America are stuffed with buckwheat hulls. Buckwheat gives you a harder, firmer base of support.
What’s your privacy policy?
We will never give any information we collect from you to anyone.
Can I get my order rushed to me?
Yes, usually. For rush orders please add 30% to our regular price. Call or email us about your time constraints, and we will let you know whether we can meet them.
What’s your return policy?
You may return most items you purchase from Still Sitting within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund your return shipping cost. The only items you may NOT return freely are those that are made to order – any robes that we require measurements for, and custom-made cushions. If however you are dissatisfied due to an error we have made in your custom-made order, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund your return shipping costs.

If I provide the fabric, can you make me a cushion using it?
Yes, as long as the fabric is suitable. We charge an 20% extra on top of our “Custom Cushions” price. For delivery, please allow 4-5 weeks from the time we receive the fabric. |
